Every appointment you have with us is also backed by our 24 Hour Service Guarantee – if we missed an area or if something wasn’t cleaned properly, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll send another cleaner to re-clean what we missed at no cost to you!

IMPORTANT: Our DT Home Cleaning professionals come fully equipped with our approved eco-friendly green products, which include a vacuum cleaner, mop, and broom, ensuring a thorough and environmentally conscious cleaning experience.

If you prefer to use your own equipment for floor cleaning, please leave a broom, mop, or vacuum accessible for our cleaner.

If you have your own specialty products that you prefer for your home, please provide them and leave them out for the cleaner ­we’ll be happy to use them!

What we DO NOT Clean

Below is a list of items we DO NOT clean around the house:
  • Our services at DT House Cleaning focus on interior cleaning tasks. We do not provide exterior cleaning services for windows, outer walls, or outdoor items like patio furniture.
  • At DT House Cleaning, we do not perform lifting, pulling, or moving of heavy furniture or appliances such as couches, fridges, ovens, bookshelves, washers, dryers, etc. We will try to reach underneath or around, but we cannot guarantee that those areas will be completely cleaned. Typically, our valued clients either arrange the movement of large furniture beforehand or, if they're present during the cleaning session, they will move the furniture or appliances as needed.
  • At DT House Cleaning, kindly note that we do not provide cleaning services for the interiors of washers, dryers, and dishwashers.
  • We do not provide cleaning services for pet excrement and/or pet cages, aquariums, etc.
  • We do not handle cleaning tasks involving bodily fluids, mold, hazardous materials, dangerous chemicals, or the removal of deceased rodents or vermin. These specialized cleaning services should be sought from a company with expertise in handling such situations.
  • We do not offer cleaning services for ceilings or areas that are beyond the reasonable reach of our cleaners, such as high walls, high shelves, light fixtures, or the tops of windows. If you provide a step ladder, our cleaners can use it to access areas just out of their reach. However, for safety reasons, we do not allow our cleaners to use full ladders to clean items like chandeliers.
  • We do not provide cleaning services for unfinished concrete floors, which includes washing or mopping.
  • For liability reasons, we do not provide wash dishes by hand.
  • We'll ensure that your garbage is disposed of in your designated trash bin. However, please note that we are unable to remove any additional garbage or junk from the premises.
